directly with each customer “one on one” to
determine their present objectives and
anticipated future needs. Once this is
established a production system is designed
specifically for the customer’s
requirements.
From large,
highly automated cast polymer manufacturing
facilities to smaller, locally operated
plants each system is designed to provide
continuous flow of materials from one work
station to the next. Non-productive time
waiting or handling molds is minimized.
By taking
advantage of the total plant “cube” through
vertical space expansion a minimal amount of
floor space is consumed. Tools, materials,
and in process molds are kept near their
point of use.
Often the
increase in productivity is so great that
costly construction and its delays are
eliminated. In new facilities a well planned
system can maximize production capabilities
right from the beginning.
