Solid
Surface Post Curing Ovens
Designed and manufactured by
Technics, Inc.
to allow a full cure for solid surface
resins. These ovens are fueled by natural
gas or L.P. which is less expensive to
operate and provides a quicker heat up ramp
time than electrically heated ovens. The gas
fired burner package features a modulating
flame control that enables the oven to reach
programmed temperatures quickly and maintain
a consistent internal temperature throughout
all levels of the oven. Electronic safeguard
programmer, flame detector and airflow
sensing switches monitor and control fuel
supply during operation. Any disruption to
airflow, gas supply or electrical power
automatically shuts down the oven until
manual reset is activated.
