#M6 Cartridge
Collection
Module |
The most advanced dust
collection technology now
available to the cast
polymer industry. Improves
in-plant air quality for a
cleaner, safer work place
and employee comfort.
Cleaned air is recycled back
into the factory for
retention of air conditioned
or heated air. Each M6
cartridge style collection
module is a self contained
unit housing 6 filter
cartridges, back pulse
filter cleaning valves, a 5
HP blower and removable dust
accumulation drawers. With a
filtering capacity of 4,400
cfm per module, adequate for
4-5 ft. of booth space any
size grinding booth can be
properly serviced by simply
setting the needed number of
filters side by side.
The 3 ft. deep modules fit
within the same amount of
floor space normally
occupied by the plenum of an
exhaust style grinding booth
or bag house style booth.
This is an excellent choice
for an upgrade to existing
equipment.
A master control panel
contains motor starters with
overload protection and a
sequential timing board that
operates the automatic pulse
cleaning and downtime filter
cleaning features. The panel
is pre-wired for either 230
volt or 460 volt electrical
service. Optional 50 hz
electric options are
available.
Although relatively small
and compact, three modules
as assembled in our #M6-3
Cartridge Style Dust
Collection booth feature
almost 5,000 sq. ft. of
filter surface area.
This is by far the most
automated and low
maintenance system for dust
